*Intruder Alert*,
Someone has infiltrated our blog network and is posting as the Holy High Imperceptor! Just like in the game, these Baneites are quite devious.

I would not trust anything said by this so-called "szchulan darkoon."

Szchulan, let this be a warning to you, like Marvin K. Mooney, will you PLEASE GO NOW?!

The answer to Mithinu's question can only come from the PCs, however, it would seem the following is true: The party has been hot on the trail of the final agony shipment which led them to Iroth Mine. Now, knowing they are trapped here, they must be cautious having been armed with the knowledge that IYTHUZACH (an Illithid) and his Ogre Guard Thralls that dwell nearby in the top layer of this dungeon. Additionally, the party has learned via Sharisa's journal that she, along with her two desciples Illiryn and Tadalas (and perhaps something else) dwell in the low-ceiling caverns below.

One final room remains unexplored in the Calishite tomb area.

Because you ask, here is some additional food for thought... The party, was nearly destroyed by the Banelar, Saavress in the mine entrance. I agree, Mithinu, a discussion of next steps is in order. When planning, I would ask: can the Ring of Nine Lives be recharged before it becomes defunct? For 13 sessions, why the hell hasn't leave opened the long scroll case found on the earthen staircase in Manyoak? What is in the final Calishite tomb room that the Mimic dismissed as "empty?" What did Corim find on the table near the altar in the Chappel of Mystra in Respite Run?

Again, I would recognize that Saavress nearly destroyed the party. This can be measured by the fact that more than 50% of the party was incompassitated. It is very likely this will happen again if they are not ready to fight using theirfullpotential.

Mithinu, as a mage—I would get started immediately on identifying the magic items your party just found. [I will post a list of these items.]In the absense of any real blog posts on this topic, I hope that helps a little. Good luck.

I'm sure if we could just find a rubber band, three paper clips and a pack of gum I could fashion a simple amored personnel carrier...
